No I'm on a diet right now with herbalife you can have two shakes per day and your 3rd you can eat whatever you want and you loose weight. Because the main ingrediant is human which is made of a substance called valenrian which speeds up your matobulism. So you do the drinking it makes you loose weight I've lost 15 kilos so far. It is quite hard to go on a diet that's why I take these nutiants instead.

Yes, it's hard to go on a diet. because diets are temporary solutions. If you want to lose weight, try changing your eating habbits. That stays with you for a long time. which will equal- healthier solutions.

A diet is a style of eating. You can go on a McDonalds diet, or a mediterranian diet. There are high protein diets, and vegan diets. Depending on what you want to accomplish..NO it is not hard to go on a diet. What do you want to accomplish??
