They suspented my Aid one time because I had no GPA( I took only 1 course when i joined that college, I got E on that English class). I never get financial aid after 2 more suspension. So I did not re-apply for this year.

If you are only making $9.40 an hour you qualify for financial aid, they will probably pay for it all.

Gosh, sounds like you were expecting to come here and have everything given to you.

People who are here, who have been here, who have themselves and their families worked and paid taxes, those people get the loans and financial aid. It comes from the same place their tax money has gone to. They have a right to it.

If you don't have a car, etc., work to save and get one. If you are making $9.40 an hour, that's more than some people are making.

If you came here for your education, you were supposed to prove that you had the financial backing to do that. You weren't supposed to come here to work (!) or to get aid. You were not supposed to come here to take the place of someone else who earned and deserves the resources of this country.

Sorry, I am not in favor of rounding up the "illegals" and sending them home, but your "question" just smacks of arrogance and entitlement.

Yes, do go and finish your education "at home." And then maybe you can stay there and help those less fortunate, there.

We have enough to do to support people here who, despite working hard or whatever, still need help. If you could afford to come here, you can afford to go back and get your education there.

should you give up.... sheesh.

my mom had no green card when she came to this country 20 years ago and you have one! first off dont give up keep working ask the financial aid to help you out in your situation and ask them if their is any other ways for them to fund your education also hit up a community college its much cheaper and its something worth investing.. dont give me up if my mom can work at a factory making 3.30 an hour and now making big bucks (she got her greencard situated by the way) by being an engineer then you can do it too okay

I thinks it would be best for you to go back home and finish your education. Some people can make it on their own, without education and help from others, but those people are a rare breed and they don't end up in a situation like yours, without savings and stuff... I wish you the best of luck.
