How would I be able to do a search to find the blueprints or floor dimensions (l x w x h) of bars, restaurants

I am looking to do floor plans on some buildings and I am looking for a site that will let me look up the dimensions of existing buildings that I enter specifically bars and restaurants.

If it is a specific existing place you would be able to go to either city hall or the county building and ask to see the
blue prints.

you can,t try asking a restaurant owner, or a bar owner, floor plans are drawn up for a individual, not a pubic thing
