A) Yes. Though I wouldn't say that everyone who uses necessarily ends up communicating with evil. Just like psychics often don't get any vision or insight and just say random stuff to people, so people with ouija boards often don't hear anything from the spirit side.
B) Because fortune telling is against God. That's enough. But add to that the fact that many people (including myself) either have personal stories or have heard from reliable sources personal stories that involve evil happening in conjunction with their use, and, well, it's not that easy to refute experience. I have a friend whose mother and aunts used to use a ouija board and dark spirits would 'fly' at the windows constantly while they were using it. Like, visible ones. Also, the piece used for fortune telling would say "get the child out of the room" when my friend came in (she was a child, obviously) and when she would come back in, the piece would fly off the board *at* my friend. What argument could you use to refute a story like that and the thousands of other stories that you could read or hear that are like that?

Long ago some friends and I decided to write a book from whatever we got from the Ouija Board. It worked for me as long as I had my eyes closed and strange things began to happen. The last time I used it I could see the letters with my eyes closed and that was it for me. I took my Ouija board and put it away in a closet. When the place burned down-everything in that closet was burned-except for the Ouija board in its white cardboard box and the slow cooker my mother-in-law gave me in the kitchen. When they hauled the stuff away, I said please take it all and got divorced. Just one quick episode. The Ouija board had told one girl to stop smoking. I was working the board-eyes shut-and she was reading outloud and copying whatever it said. It began to work very, very fast and only I had my hands on it and it said, "I told you to stop smoking! and the thing I had my hands on zoomed off the board and shoved the ashtray on the floor then zoomed back and ran over Goodbye and would not talk to us for the rest of the day. The board would tell us it was dangerous because dwellers on the threshold could come through and they were the souls that were not even allowed in hell. Needless to say, the book never got written and we all got very, very scared. And, truthfully, I felt as tho' "things" were coming through the board and lingering. Very strange bad things were happening and you will think me totally crazy if I tell them to you. I was just glad when they hauled the board away and I advise everyone to leave the the board alone. I felt all things stayed at the burned place and did not follow me any longer. They are not a toy.

It's nothing from the devil. It's just a board, a device to help you enter higher or deeper levels of openness to otherworlds through your mind, and not necessarily to the world of the dead, where you might get in touch with phantoms or something: this is nonsense.
Messages you get from it are just what comes through your mind. You can percieve them without a board by other means, much more suitable for whatever purpose. The ouija board makes you feel scary, and so you will provoke scary things to happen. That's a view that we all have from culture.
If the one who "plays" with it knows exactly how it works and has an experience as to be able to control the situation, that'll be ok (just ok!); but if not, without experience you can make undesirable things happen without realising it and cause trouble in the atmospheare around you. And this latter point has nothing to do with ghosts, mind is a precious jewel but a easy influenciable and easily broken jewel (and much easily if you act from its core). Its just how you affect your mind and deal with the situation, after a session it's just a psycological matter, and so never is it something to play with. Do not understimate your mind. You can do things by yourself and think it to be caused by demons, but this is a very old way to get rid of any responsability about it.
If you take the risk of doing it without knowing seriously, you may have problems that afterwards cannot be solved out without pain. And no books can help, above all because most of them are rubbish that lets no way to watch the process as what it really is, an interaction with energies and not just in a mystical or spiritual level (this is very difficult to reach), but rather you first have a physical and psycological level to go through, and is in this level that 98% of people get to. It's not easy to pass over this first levels. It involves a lot of trance practices, and a lot of mental control that this per cent of people doesn't ever reach.
So most of the times, after all is just the person who gives way to those "strange" and scary things to happen, because are these things what people expect of the session, though if you have the neccesary knowledge you should be able to distinguish that what comes from your ownself, or what from something out of yourself. And again, it's not easy and experience is not gained through the reading of any book.
It has nothing to do with christians either, nor with god or the devil. Nature is nature, sometimes lovely, sometimes terrible. And that's what one should bear in mind.

Technically, it makes you believe an actual spirit is moving it. That way, it turns your eyes from God, and makes you believe in an afterlife. Ouija boards are not good fro Christian homes. I advise you to steer clear of them. No, the are not an instrument of the devil, but they turn you away from god.

When my wife and I were going thru a seperation period, she came over with one and we asked it what I should do since we were on the outs. The board spelled out, "kill her". Logically, that would have been the best idea since churches deny divorced people their blessings, but illogical in that I would spend three years in jail. I saw her twice after that, once to get her signiture on the divorce papers and once to offer her a job her mother had found for her. I think the Board is a tool of the world, heartless.

No. people may contact good or not so good beings through a Ouija Board. the board itself is just a board, a tool for the user(s)

Because , as christians, we know that an unexplained force the isent God, is evil. We know the board isent God becuase He doesent do stupid little petty things like that with his time.
The deamons would pretend to be your friend and junk, but then would find a way to hurt you with it. For example: it tell you you are going to die in 30 days, then you go to a bunch of ilegal, idiot things for the next 30 days, and then you dont die, and then your in a heap of crap up to your eyes.
Please dont use these kinds of things; it will only reap destruction.

No its just a way to relay messages to people you would not normally have the guts to relay to people.
the person who is in on the gag does the moving and makes those not in on it think the devil or the angels or the spirits are moving it for them.

Unequivocally YES! It is not a toy or a game but yet another lie the devil has created to be let into our lives under the guise that it is innocent fun. Don't be fooled.
