Record temperatures of both high and lows with dates posted. If you live in a hurricane zone then the number of hurricanes per year , the average snow fall, and if you want ,you can mention past solar events and sun spot activity. This may have caused power outages and disruption in communications.

From your question, I'm not certain if your presentation is on how climate changes or if it is on climate in a certain location.

If it is the first one, you might want to mention natural climate variability of the past. Look up some terms like "Medieval Warm Period" and "Little Ice Age."

You also might want to discuss how our climate changes due to activity of the oceans. Look up some terms such as "Pacific Decadal Oscillation," "North Atlantic Oscillation," and "El Nino Southern Oscillation" (aka ENSO).

If you are presenting on a particular location, you might want to use the term "precipitation" which includes all kinds of rain, snow, sleet and hail. You also might want to talk about what types of storms are common to the area, such as thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornados or blizzards. You might also want to look at how the climate changes from season to season. When is the wet season? When is the dry season? When is it warm? When is it cold?

Good luck to you.

Best thing to do is find out what the teacher wants and do that so you get a good grade.
