My pitbull has those prickly things that some weeds grow stuck in her mouth, on is on the very tip of her tongue and 2 or more are stuck 2 the gums rite under it, she refuses 2 eat or drink because that drives it into her tongue, also she seems dehydrated because she is foaming a little bit, well alot, but it isnt rabies foam because her personlaity hasn't changed a bit. She also wont hold still for me to remove it because she is too hyper. What should I do?!

Foxtails? Burrs?

Take her to the vet ASAP. Chances are she's also got some stuck in her nose and throat. Only your vet can remove them completely and effectively.

TAKE THE DOG TO THE VET!!! It might be expensive but that is what you take on being a pet owner. It is inhumane to make your dog suffer. Could you imagine having those things stuck in your mouth or even better would you make a human child just deal with that. Besides all of those reasons your dog will die is if it cant eat or drink. Be responsible and do the right thing.

This isn't that complicated. You need someone else to hold the dog while you remove those prickly balls with a tweezers. Those things are nasty and they dig themselves further and further into the flesh/fur of animals. I get them a lot in my yard and my cats are always getting them stuck in their fur. Get them removed as soon as possible.

Go to the vet. They have probably seen this thing lts before. They should have better tweezers, and more assistants, to help get them out. But do it soon so the dog isn't too dehydrated and gets sick.

Take her to your vet. They are trained and have the facilities and tools needed to remove those burrs. Otherwise they could cause infections, besides causing your dog great discomfort.
