not caffeine but the combination of mainly creatine monohydrate and sugar (dextrose).

the dextrose helps to increase insulin levels essentially "pushing" the creatine into skeletal muscle. the dextrose also helps to replenish muscle glycogen stores which get depleted after high intensity resistance training.

No caffeine, it gives you a insulin spike and it saturates your muscles to get maximum reps. And by the way it works.
