Creation means to make something entirely new. What you make may exist already. So man makes buildings, vehicles or even babies, but creates original works of art and architecture. The earth and life was created by God as it didn't exist earlier.

Creator: created imperfect things and destroyed them all
Maker: made imperfect perfect to avoid their destruction

God said: let us MAKE man, of babe/child/man.

The God of all grace MAKE you perfect, stablished, settled.

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
