If she was bred August 10th, she is due soon.. She would have been bred before you got her RIGHT??
She got a big belly?? Can you feel puppies moving around?? Why are you squeezing her nipples? Should look milky not clear.. Dry nose means nothing.. Take her temp.. Normal temp is approx 102.3.. If she is down 99 and lower she is going to have them soon.. How come you would get a dog August 10th, that is supposedly pregnant, and not once take her into the vet and ask him about all this??

"Nipple growth is a good indicator that your *****'s body is going through pregnancy change ....once a pregnancy is in progress, breast material will develop beneath the nipples, which will also increase slightly in preparation for eventual milk production."

"a dog's nose is usually cool and moist, but a warm, dry nose is not necessarily a reason for concern."

Did you take her in for a vet check when you first got your dog? If there was a chance this dog was pregnant when you got her August 10th, she could be near term now. Read this link for additional signs of pregnancy

and take her to the vet NOW just in case because surprises can be deadly.
If she is pregnant, ask the vet if she is too far along to spay and abort. If she is not pregnant, schedule a spay appointment ASAP

Physical Changes During the first 5 weeks of pregnancy, there are few noticeable changes. After the 5th week, you may notice weight gain, especially with large litters. If only 1 or 2 pups are present, the mother may gain little weight until shortly before birth. Abdominal enlargement is generally obvious in the last 3 weeks. The mammary glands may begin to enlarge as early as the 35th day, but usually development is not obvious until 45 days. Milk may be present as early as 7-9 days before delivery, but usually it is not produced until 1-2 days before delivery.

push on her belly gently if she is and u got her aug 10th you will be able to feel them, if under her nipples is getting bigger they are filling with milk, it is not normal to have fluid coming from nipples, some dogs actually go thru a false pregnancy, their bodies have all the symptoms but they never deliver, u should know within a day or 2, watch her appitite and see if she starts "nesting" or covering up her food dish all good signs

Did the people you got her from tell you when they thought she bred? If she bred on Aug. 10 she would be due on Oct 13 so if it was before that could be anytime. Is her belly rounded out. Does she look like she swallowed a basketball. are there milk pads under her ****? if answer is yes then most likely bred, but could also be false preg.

Here is a website that talks about dog prenancies.

Since you thought she was pregnant on August 10th then she is probably approaching her due date. It would be wise to take her to a vet.
