FREEMASONS ONLY, Please.

I have heard they are not suppose to speak about it but in this day and age I don't see what difference it makes. If they are so sure they know something about God they should share it.

I am a Freemason.

First of all, freemasonry is not a religious organization. It recognizes Jesus Christ as God/Son of God and Holy Spirit (the Christian trinity) for Christian. It does not try to push that belief on anyone though because it is not a religious group.

I do not know if there is an "official" position, because there is no one person or group that speaks for all masons.

to other responses

* Jackson is a Prince Hall Freemason.

* satan worship, luciferian doctrine, is not part of any masonic body or teacing. Cheir is completely wrong on this point.

Freemason here. I was raised as a Luteran to believe in Christ Jesus as the son of God. Freemasonry has not changes this, it has not TRIED to change this either. The only thing it has taught me (reinforcing a previous opinion, actually) is that I should respect the beliefs of other good men, even if they do not exactly match my own.

Well you said only Freemasons can answer but so far there are no replies from them. Please allow me to say if I may, Freemasons are just normal people, I used to work for one and he was a devoted christian. One of my friend is also a Freemason, who happens to be a muslim. Also one Jewish gentelman I know back home is a Freemason, so they have all kind of people in their lodges.

Freemasons do not believe that Christ is God or son of God, nor that salvation is available only through Him; he was an eminent prophet like Buddha and Mohamed. When quoting from the Bible, references to Christ are omitted, and prayer is never allowed to be offered (in a "well-ordered" lodge) in the name of Jesus Christ. Freemasonry is the route to salvation but has no Saviour. At the heart of Masonry is a secret Luciferian doctrine which a Mason learns only at the highest levels.
