Easy answer, love one another like Jesus said.

One of the greatest things that Jesus has taught was love. Love, as in: compassion, mercy, understanding, being in the other person's point of view and know where they come from. He also stated to love God with all your mind, heart and soul and to love each other. His teachings, through love, naturally fulfill the laws within the Ten Commandments.

However, this cannot be done alone. A community with the same ideology will always help.

Ultimately though, there is no direct way to live in peace. Jesus himself acknowledged that there will be suffering in the world, due to the sin in the world.

I think by humbling ourselves through the fact that we fall short of the glory of lord since we have committed sins. I think to be more constructive in society contribution and above all not to see race, religion or culture around us but see the Human in all, a part of ourselves. Every time our Ego asks us to judge someone we should recall "Let him who is without sin cast the first stone" Which ofcourse includes condemning atheists to hell!

Jesus and God are members of the same trinity, right? Then we should follow God's moral example by treating our slaves as he instructs us, genocide, oppress women, killing prostitutes and homosexuals.... etc....

Its amazing how many Christians claim God and Jesus are the same, that God is unchanging, and yet they can turn a blind eye to the Old Testament. Its relativistic morality at its finest.

I don't know of anyone living today who could come close to living like Jesus. We are vain and hypocrites, that's our good features.

I don't believe it will ever happen on this earth....because there are always going to be the ones who just don't care, and ruin it for everybody else. No perfection here.

Though I am Christian, it would be interesting to read an answer that is not necessarily religiously based.
