males should be no more than 20% body fat with optimum levels being of body fat being in the low teens. women should not be greater than 30% body fat with optimum levels being near 19-20%.

* there is simply nothing but increased health risks as the body fat percentage increases higher and higher. there are no health advantages to carrying excess body fat.

If someone cannot reach around themselves to wipe their own butt, that's too fat
(because a person should always wipe from front to back, not back to front)
