i think shes confused...is she showing signs that she likes you back?
does she have her bf with her?
women are changing creatures....
it sounds you really enjoy the company and if you plan getting more of that or move on to the next level then you should ask her if she wopuld like that too. ofcourse find a good timming to ask her that and make sure you get a straight answer from her. just a simple yes or no.
ill leave that part up to you, although i dont know the outcome...but its your choice if your willing to risk it..to have a chance being her man..
ill pray for you dude..:)

Is there any reciprocal type of actions? That will tell you a lot. The responses you listed are the "Oh that is so sweet" type, not the I want to date you type.
I would do this. Try to set up something more formal. Stop the little gifts and lunches things. If she is busy, or needs to check on something else, you have your answer....Not interested in dating you.
After that be real friendly, but if you are interested in dating her, then don't do the buddy thing. If she starts seeking you out of iniating contact then you say, great lets go on a date, and if yes OK, if no then she just wants the buddy thing. My opinion that is waste of time. I would say 99% of the time that type of relationship mostly one way.

Yeah, gotta agree with Superman up there. Gotta do it. However, I suggest you have a talk about her and her boyfriend too. I've broken up a relationship for my own feelings (teehee) and she broke me. Make sure you know how she feels about that first because, unless she's a huge sl'ut, she is feeling uncomfortable.

I'm confused. Does this chick have a boyfriend or not? She sounds immature and not worth the trouble you are putting into it.

What I would do now is to take some English grammar lessons. You don't start a conversation with "ok"
