Please, I need your help. Today's my first time, what can I do to feel less nervous??

it's not that I'm not ready, I am, it's just the natural nervousness i guess..
I don't really know what to do... can somebody give me a tip please?? anything! even if it's out topic, I just want to feel less nervous, thx

If you are this worried about it you probably aren't ready.Wait and let thing just happen.There is no law that says you have to do anything and if he isn't willing to wait until you are OK with it then he isn't worth the trouble.Good luck

Well, Esmerald, if you are nervous then you should realize that your body, brain, or emotions are giving you some very direct clues about this.

Could be you aren't old enough to understand your body's signals, BUT THIS IS A SIGNAL.

Without knowing your age it's hard to say if you're ready or not. MY GUESS IS, you need to look deeper into your relationship, and until you understand the direction of your relationship, your feelings, and the reason for your nervousness, it's best to leave the first time until you are completely comfortable and at ease with your relationshipl.

Nerves come from not knowing what to expect. If you really love the other person and are comfortable with them the nerves will go away. Take your time. Don't rush. This makes the first time lovely. If these things don't make the nerves go away there is something wrong and it's time to run the other way until they are right.
