Unfortunately there's not much you can do for her, as her behavior may have reflected her relationship with her family. Of course, your cousin shouldn't have done any of these but she may just want to get the attention from her parents.
You can ask her if everything is okay with her, and if things don't seem good for her, talk to her as much as possible......Good luck!

sounds like she has some personal issues she doesnt want to talk about, maybe she feels she isnt loved, i mean realstically if a person isnt told that on the regular and has trouble going through hard times alone with that feeling as though they have nobody to turn too, yer suicide is always the option on the way out, she sounds very depressed, maybe you need to just ask her if she needs someone to talk too and that anything is ok, the booze or drugs (if she's using) on the other hand are something for her to get by these hard time, the downside is it will only make it worse, talk to her if not ask her if she wants to sort her problems out and go see a counsouller, they will really help her, what ever you do dont leave her alone, depressed people need other people around them even when they say "no im ok i just wanna be alone " i mean give her her space but just be there for her if she needs to talk...ask christ for strength during this hard time..goodluck
i hope all goes well.

she needs severe councling and also tell her you trully love her and that you are willing to help her with anything listen to anything and she needs to be in a facility for this to watch her and give her the councling she needs.also if you hang with her more remember dont drink and dont let her .she will be mad at you at first for taking beer away and for prying but after you penetrate the wall she has shell talk and you may find the source of her pain. she trully needs help because i know ok.also when you do try to help her she may attack you mentally as a defense ok be prepared for that or she may not!its a way to bring you too her level of pain and not getting pst her wall!

Tell your mom what you know and then stay out of it. You can't control your cousins behavior, and hopefully now she'll get the help she needs. You can be a friend, just don't get drawn into the drama.

There's nothing you can do. Her mom needs to get her some help from a professional doctor. You refuse to go out or hang around with her if she ask. Tell her you don't do the things she does, and you would rather not go anywhere with her. She may get it then.

Your cousin definitely needs help! She's crying out for attention. You might consider talking to your own parents about it to see what avenues they can think of to try to help. They may see fit to talk to your cousin's parents about it. Sometimes, when adults sit down and talk about serious stuff things get taken care of.

I pray that your cousin gets the help she needs!

You don't know what to do? It's apparent she needs help. How old are you both? You need to tell her mother or a teacher or someone. She is going to kill herself and wouldn't you feel bad if she really did and you knew all about it? Get with it and get her the help she needs. Don't hesitate, do it now. You have the potential to save a life.

Her parents need to get her into therapy immedately. Her actions show that she is screaming for help. Unless she gets it right away, her teen years will be a nightmare for her and her family. Tell her mother what you know. You could save her life.

Please step in and help her, she needs someone desperately, if you can't than get her professional help, she is reaching out in her own way, she needs love now, she needs to know people truly love her, tell someone fast please don't wait or some day it may be worse. I had a son like that when I found out from my sister I stepped in and he's fine now and we share everything.
