If he was a false prophet, why was he mentioned by name in the Gospel of Barnabas, which was revoked by the Christian scholars at the time when they were compiling gospels into the modern day bibles. Is not Barnabas a reliable and trusted figure in the Christian religion. And if Mohammad's name isn't mentioned in the bible, and in Barnabas's gospel one must ask why? My opinion is that during the time of the compilation of the bible, Christian scholars knew that there was another prophet out there still to come. They knew that one day, a righteous man will come and claim to be a prophet. They knew that one day, their religion will not be the only major religion present among mankind. So they rescinded the Gospel of Barnabus and thought not to mention the name of a Prophet to come. Yes it is true, his name is not mentioned in today's bible, but there has to be a reason why. Maybe my reason isn't 100% accurate, but rest assured, there is a reason why Christians don't mention Mohammad's name in the bible. I will testify that Mohammad is a prophet of God and that there is only one God. His message is the same as the messages of the Prophets before him. So why deny him prophethood.

Muhammad in the new testament
John 14:16 “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever.” (American Standard Version)
guess who is supposed to be the "comforter"?
John 16:13 “He will guide you into all the truth.”
God says in the Quran of Muhammad:
“O mankind! The Messenger has now come unto you with the truth from your Lord: believe, then, for your own good!...” (Quran 4:170)
John 14:17 “he will be the spirit of truth”
…meaning he will a true prophet, see 1 John 4: 1-3.
John 14:17 “the world neither sees him...”
Many people in the world today do not know Muhammad.
John 14:17 “...nor knows him”
Fewer people recognize the real Muhammad, God’s Prophet of Mercy.
John 14:26 “the Advocate (parakletos)”
Muhammad will be the advocate of humanity at large and of sinful believers on Judgment Day
In the old testement
Deuteronomy 18:18 “I (God) will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee (Moses), and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.”
God Will Put His Words in the Mouth of the Awaited Prophet
The Quran says of Muhammad:
“Neither does he speak out of his own desire: that [which he conveys to you] is but [a divine] inspiration with which he is being inspired.” (Quran 53:3-4)

Well the PRophet Muhammad is the only prophet who we know everything about. All those at his time professed to this, and even his enemies. Also the Jews and Christians believed he was the prophet mentioned in the Bible but were so arrogant to accept.
Jesus, Moses, David, and others, we only know bits and pieces of them in the various books of the Bible. So, tell me, Muhammad was a false prophet?I dont think so.

Mohammed was born in the 2nd half of the 6 th. cent.More than 250 years after the Bible was completed. The Bible did not need the Koran. However if you take Bible names and stories out of the Koran you would have little left.Either the Bible is the Word of God or the Koran is.Both can not be true.

We are unable to know that until the end of the world, when everyone is exposed for what they realy are (if such is the case with the end of the world). Mohammed was a prophet, though wether true or flase is not within our ability to prove.
