i recently joint a jewelly shop name OTY as a sales for 2 weeks?
yesterday one of the gold hand breces was stolen by a corn artist.
my boss refuse to report to the autherity, he want me to pay for it.
what do you thing?
what should i do?

I think you should go to the authorites yourself because if you up and quit the job you may end up having to pay anyway. Your boss can take legal action against you.

First of all, you should not be penalized for something you didn't do. If your boss refuses to report this to the authority then the blame should not be placed on you. In fact, you have the right to refuse.

I believe you are innocent unless your boss has real proof to link you with the missing gold hand bracelet. But if he doesn't have any proof - then you should not be held accountable for this.

I would greatly suggest you talk to him and be firm in what you have to say. If you get fired - then just accept it. Its not worth your time to stay with an employer who treats you unjustly.

You should have went to the police. This happend to you not your boss so you should have been the one to go to the police and then when they did a report most likely you wouldnt have to pay for anything.
