Er, not necessarily, try poaching or boiling your eggs. Add in some whole wheat toast, a handful of cashews/almonds or any other nuts and an orange or an apple.
unless you're a bodybuilder...then 2 fried eggs and some ham'll do you good.
BUT, whatever you do, don't eat a measly, tiny little breakfast or you will just be hungry the whole day and that leads to unnecessary eating therefore u=fat.
So just chill out, have a boiled egg, some toast , a few nuts and a banana or something :)
happy breakfasting.

Sure, but even better if you used a nonstick pan to fry them or used just a very light touch of olive oil to cut down the fats. Make the ham not pork but turkey and you'd be having a pretty healthy breakfast :)

It's an excellent source of protein but heavy on the cholesterol. Lose the oils and fry the eggs in a non hydrogenated oil such as smart start buttery spread. Wash it down with some orange juice.

Yes, it is. And yogurt is very good too! You should want your breakfast to have: 2 servings of grains 1-2 servings of protein 1 serving of dairy 1 serving of fruit and/or 1 serving of vegetable. Personally, I love a breakfast Panini: 2 slices of whole grain bread with one side on each buttered. 2 tablespoons of hummus 1 slice of cheese A couple pieces of spinach 1 fried egg with a whole, runny, yolk. (If you don't like a runny yolk, it's not necessary, but I love it) Directions: - I put the hummus on each unbuttered side of the bread slices. - On one I put the spinach, then the egg, and then the cheese. - Then I put the next slice of bread on top (with the hummus down). - I grill this sandwich in a pan on medium heat until it's golden brown the the cheese is melted. - I serve it sliced in half so I can dip the crust in the runny yolk. And I have with it a cup of V8 Juice and 1 orange or apple or banana. In all this is: 2 servings of grains (The two slices of bread). 1 vegetable (The V8, spinach is too little to count). 1 fruit (The fruit on the side) 1.5 protein (1 egg, and the other half is the TWO tablespoons hummus). 1 dairy (the slice of cheese)

The fitness people are going to scream about cholesterol, sodium, frying the eggs and all that blah, blah, blah. I would still say it would be a real treat, not to be done every day but to enjoy once in awhile. Good for the soul if not the body.

take away the ham and add in some rye bread. That is really healthy, and a good source of protein.
