You can't download this software for free because Adobe charge for it. However, you can download a Free Trial from their website - the new version is called Adobe Photoshop CS3.

Hello,
My favourite photo retouching software is GIMP. A good free alternative to photoshop. Free download here http://bitly.com/1sW4LJE
Give it a try.
Have a nice day

If you have a word processor software, you can import a picture into that and grab the handles to resize it. when you start, make a copy of your original picture adn give it a new name, so in case you mess it up, you can start over with a fresh copy.

You can resize pictures with "Paint" if you have a windows based system. It's already installed and accessible in Accessories. Check under the Image menu for stretch/skew and play with it a bit.

If you want a downloaded free software then I reccomend Picasa. Its extremely simple to use and it makes organising pics really easy.
