Is it ok to eat? It sat on the counter cooked...but cheese and all sitting out on the counter overnight? Maybe like 9 hours in total. Is the cheese bad now?

Please throw that pizza away. No food should be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Eating that pizza would be like attempting suicide.

Bacteria grow rapidly between 40 and 140 °F. (4 and 60 °C) and can double every 15 minutes at room temperature and become 4 million bacteria in only 8 hours.

Every year, an estimated 76 million cases of food borne illness and 5,000 associated deaths occur in the United States.

The symptoms of food-borne illness are usually the same as those for the flu: cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and/or headache. Illness can occur 3 hours after eating or up to 2 weeks later. If food-borne illness is suspected, it is important to get in touch with a physician and the public health department. Those at most risk of food-borne illness are the very young, the frail elderly, pregnant women and those with weakened immune systems.

After 3 hours I wouldn't eat it. I know a few that would nuke it in the microwave saying all the bacteria would die but then that is one hungry bunch of guys. It wouldn't be the cheese or the bread that would be the issue.. more the sauce. Then again you dont' know if any flies or other creatures might have crawled across it for a snack.

I'm sure it's fine because there are so many preservatives in that pizza, you could leave it out for 24 hours. But if you are concerned, throw it out and dont' risk getting sick over an 8 dollar pizza.
