The bible talks about a believers meeting. If the meeting is all comprised of believers, then I say, slow motion back flips to the ceiling is OK and even might be fun. Praising God and letting it all hang out is where the term came from. People rolling around on the floor, slain under the power of God. As long as there are not those in attendance that are unbelieving, then go for it. If there are those that come in and are not saved, then the signs and wonders are for them, and healing and deliverance may take place. There may also be tongues and interpretations and Prophecy's. All done in the way the Holy Spirit orders, Not some man trying to establish order for God. The Word is a very clear confirmation of the subject. Not written for mans discernment, but for spiritual understanding and reproof and correction and instruction into right thinking.
