well.... you simply have to look at what's in a tv dinner. I don't have the nutrition facts off hand but I'd imagine there are a lot of calories of fat and sodium without a lot of nutrition.

Not really good for you especially every day. You should aim to get nutrition from the food you eat the fruit and veggies added makes it better but still not good. You should also avoid too much fat in your diet which tv dinners won't help with.

i guess it depends on how they are prepared - in the oven (good) or the microwave (bad) - and what kind of food it is - is it processed yucky stuff or Healthy Choice chicken breast and those kinds of things. If you're only having 1 a day, say for dinner, and eating light and healthy for breakfast, lunch and snacks... I suppose it's like a home cooked meal - meat, veggies...

no i dont think even lean quizine is that healthy to eat every day. once in awhile.. or once every week sure, (make sure there lean quizine, healthy choice etc.) but you can always make some different meals and freeze them.. and when you want them heat them up. much less salt, fat and every other bad thing in tv dinners.

The salt and fat are going to cause health problems- if you're going to do it, eat the healthier ones (lean cuisine, etc).

TV dinners have a lot of fat and sodium in them. why don't you make things ahead of time, freeze them, and then heat them up?

you shouldnt do that! when you are eating you shouldnt watch TV. you eat with more stress, you see all bad things in the world, and you gonna eat more and you dont gonna choose the bset food you will eat.
