Most of the time you pay a delivery fee for them to deliver that mattress. Also, they usually make more than minimum wage, so my answer would be no, do not tip them.

I drive a truck for a living, I don't get tips when I arrive at the shipper early or on time, or when I deliver early or on time.

Nurses don't get tips when they save a life.

My first answer is NO.

However, if someone does something above and beyond, a tip is fine. Generally, five dollars is appropriate for one person or two; I just tell them to get some Gatorade because it is hot today. What you say in this case will vary with the season and your location.

You can. They are paid for their services, but if they take good care of your mattress and house, and set things up nicely for you, you can tip them if you like. I'd give no more than five dollars.

Only if you feel that they deserve a tip. If it's an easy delivery I would say no. If it's almost impossible to get through the door then I would say hell yes!!! Tip what u can afford and feel is reasonable.

I think it depends on the way the service has been provided. if one is nice , does his job well and smiles, tip him well but if they are rough and all gloomy, ask them to close the door after they leave.

Why tip people for doing the job they are paid to do? Do you get tipped for doing your job? I don't so why should I tip anyone? If people are paid low wages that is for them to sort out with their employer. It is not my place to pay their wages.

Please don't. Tipping expectations are so out of control. Let's not encourage it, please.
