I think that it is a fraud. I want clear information about yahoo lottery and the winners list. You will check the following information from yours or not.

It is email fraud. In minnesota we have an email address to send these on to where they are investigating them to put a stop to it. they are to be deleted immediately and dont send any info. I get several of them each day .

It is a scam, take it to your postal inspector. I've also received this one as well, and had an online friend of mine in the UK check it out. Just remember IF you are asked for personal information, or to send money via the internet, it is a scam... The postal inspector will now what to do, if it's mailed to you... I suppose you can report it to Yahoo, as spam.. other than that, it's not worth your time to read it.

It is a fraud. Don't ever fall for anything like these,they are probably trying to get you to send them money. I also got some thing similar and I deleted it after I unsubscribed to it.
