I am working in UN organization, while exploring the Sites, or webs. Can central IT department notices me and knows what I explore or have explored.

And please suggest me any software, to avoid them seeing my history??????

YES they can see you, as they control all network access.

YES they can see history.

NO you can't hide it, as even if you use proxy sites, they KNOW these and monitor what goes on within the sites.

breaching the terms of access for your employment CAN lead to removal of privelidges, like "being employed"

It would be a good idea to #1 not surf while at work, or #2 if you must, only surf legitimate sites or #3 in Internet explorer click tools/ Internet options/ on the first tab remove history and delete temp files and cookies.

Now get back to work :-)

Yes they can. They probably have encrypted passwords where information is stored permanently that you can't break through. You don't want to use your work computer for extra-curricular surfing. In the meantime, wipe out the history, delete the cookies, and see if your computer has any private browsing options. Honestly, you need to use a different computer. Yikes.

You can't, they don't necessarily monitor you from the infomation on your computer, but whatever you request from the Internet comes through either their firewall or their proxy server and is recorded in the logs there. Nothing you can do about that.

yes they can see what you have done except if you delete your history by pressing Strg+h and then deleting the sites you have been on and then you have to delete the cookies by going under c documets then temp and then deleting the cookies
