Te answers to your question pretty much prove your point. If there is a god and there is a heaven, you'll have to spend eternity with these people. I think we both hope your right. There is no god and even if ther were, and a heaven and hell to boot, I'd rather spend eternity in hell with people than in heaven with sheep. Baa aa aa... Humbug.

You must have faith !
Even if we have never met or saw God we need to believe in order to fallow a path and not getting lost in a place where confusion will take away the little faith that is in us ,we all must believe in something . After Reading all the comments I have begun to believe that society is going back to the time of Sodom and Gomorrah and honestly I rather believe in God ,then to be among the lost, confused and atheist .

And to complete my answer, if the United States Government is a believer that puts " In God we Trust" on the money that they make there must be a God!

you have the attitude all incorrect on the subject of the atheists. they have not got a "unusual feeling something is lacking". additionally, knock it off with the Pascal's wager bit. that is previous and trite. in case you extremely believed that, you would be a polytheist so which you will desire to hedge your bets for the afterlife. What in case you picked the incorrect God, what if once you died it became Anubis waiting there for you? Is your coronary heart lighter than a feather? LMAO @ "ok i purely researched pascal somewhat, the actuality tat you know this in spite of the shown fact that proves you cared sufficient to ensure tho. and isnt he top. in case you (atheism) is incorrect then you definately are in severe hardship top? i know im top. i extremely had know thought who pascal became" No, it would not show that I cared sufficient to researched; it shows I actual have an training. that is unhappy you probably did no longer know who you have been parroting. And returned: Your deity isn't the only one: the percentages are no longer 50/50. There are greater like a million in one hundred trillion. So answer me this, what if that's the Norse Gods and Goddesses that exist and not your bible God, then what's going to you do? and what's this nonsense approximately atheists being "scard"?

There is no proof, either way. So in your opinion, there is no God. Does that make it true? No. On the other hand, I believe there IS a God. Does that make it true? No.

So the way *I* feel about what you said is that you seem to have an awful lot of pride in your opinions. And you know what they say about pride.

Then you must think you are God and everyone should believe what you think. If you believe it or not is your problem Trying to sell your disbelief is a give a way. You are trying to establish a mindset, based on something. The something, what you believe to be true. There are far to many puppit religions around. Get a life. Walk in Truth

You sound like you are desperate. Don't despair and reject God because you are having a bad time. God can help you. Turn to Him and pray and He will hear you. These are the times when we need Him the most. God Bless.

A hypothetical situation.

I am given the gift of having everyone on Earth who hears my voice believe whatever I say to be absolute truth without any doubt whatsoever. I am also given the gift of speaking in my natal tongue but being understood by everyone on Earth in THEIR natal tongue. And finally I am given the gift of being able to make every single person on Earth hear my voice whenever I want.

Given the above I then say, so that all hear and understand and believe my words, the following:

People of Earth. Tomorrow morning just before dawn in your local time I want all of you to go outside, in the buff, and watch the west for tomorrow morning the sun will rise in the west.

Remember, every person believes this to be the utter truth; every person has heard and understood the words. So every person on Earth goes out nekkid the next morning before dawn their local time and faces west to watch the rising sun.

My question: Which set of their cheeks is gonna get sunburned first?

Believing and proclaiming it is so does NOT make it so if it is not. Believing and proclaiming it is not so does NOT make it not be if it IS!

I feel no different than I did before. I know that my God is real. You making the statement that He isn't, does not change my mind.

And here I am, trying to make a case that the religiously insecure tend to start the fights. Stop picking on them, okay? They'll realize it sooner or later. If we do this to them when they haven't done anything (yet), we are no better than them. Save it for when they try to pick on us.

No different than before. Enjoy your delusion because very soon you'll be all to aware that God does, and has existed for a very long, long time. You can believe as you choose, but what you believe has no bearing on what I know is true.
