Your correct... Atheists have it backward. They think it's a 'dog'-eat-dog world when in fact it is a dog-eat-'dog' world.
I respect anyone who has deep and sincere belief system. However, when a religion causes people to try an impose a false reality on the world, then it become a psychological disorder.
I respect E.F. Schumacher who is a profound philosopher and Christian. He drew his maps of the world from personal experience. He did not draw his map from within his ivory tower and then try to make the world look like his mental map. He allowed ideas into his mental map that could not be proven scientifically, but he also had a realistic view of the world.
I suggest that everyone learn a bit about linguistics so that no one can be so easily manipulated by strong personalities and fantacies. Religion can be practiced in a sane way, or so I've heard.

Much to my surprise it is still dog eat dog with added handicaps of words such as identiy, compliance and protection. Maybe if we all become atheists we can move forward with love for money as a central theme.

The World -- its really jungle out there, The Man is now only a so called refined social animal wrapped in many overt or covert sheets of religions, cultures, knowledge, etc. etc. but basic traits still remain.

in what is known as the real world, there is no such thing as color or religion, all it really is, is a cover and excuse to the behavior of the sadism in the human race.
