Try talking to her about her. Not you. She will talk if it's something she's interested in. Distract the guy she likes. Set him up with one of your female mates.
Hope that helps. But remember, don't get into arguments about this kind of stuff. The girl might turn out to be the biggest jerk ever. The guy might be exactly the same. They might be perfect for eachother.
And...
You said that you THINK she likes someone else. Doesn't mean she does! Look at the posetive!
