hai im expecting my first baby i have regular cycle of 32days i missed my periods, today is the 34th day i want to know am i pregnent or not...my friend told me dat i shuld take pregnency test only after 40 days.. i hav little pain in my under abdomen and i used to go for a long walk weather this will make to get the pain? shall i do exersice in this time?

You can take a pregnancy test sooner than 40 days, but with the symptoms you are describing, I would see a doctor. Something doesn't sound right here and only a qualified physician can give you the correct answers you need. Please go as soon as possible.

you can take a pregnancy test as soon as you miss a period which is usually 2wks (14days) after conception.
I would take a HPT now and that way you can start all the things you need like pregnancy vitamins before its too late to be a real benefit.
and yes you can keep walking, this is great for you and baby! Just don't start any extra exercise unless you have spoken to your doctor about it.

the kind of pain that u seem to be having is that of either a muscle strain or an eptopic pregnancy but since u dont know if your pg or not then i would get checked out. eptopic pregnancies can be fatal for u.
