yes, you are loved for what you are. The one who tries to become what he is not is termed as a 'show-off',socially. And I don't see anyone going that way...well, would yo want to be a friend of a 'show off'?
A person who is what he is, is always socially adored.And that is really the truth...realastic truth, not a therotical truth. there you get ur answer.

Not really; although I know some admire me for what I am. In some ways it feels as if I am loved in spite of what i am, which is not the same.

No, I am currently at school and don't have a boyfriend.
I am not what you would call "skinny" so the guys just ignore me as they are shallow closed-minded pricks who think its uncool to like someone who isn't popular even if they have a great personality. ... so no i am not loved for what/who I am.
