most times i hold them back but then other times i just break down

Both. Sometimes when the tears should be flowing, I hold them back if I can. But, other times, the tears flow when i least expect it.

I used to hold back! in the last 4 years, I have learned to let them flow, It helps.

If I am in a public place I will hold them back, If I am alone I let them flow.

I let them flow only because I have tried and never been successful at holding them back. I cry at the silliest things. People tell me that it is a good thing because it shows that I care,which I do, but, I find it highly embarrassing !

I dont want to hold them back but I cant seem to let them out. I am a bottle that is going to explode one of these days and has in the past, not a pretty site.
