good looking with debt for sure. he can pay off the debt with his good looks. and going with the guy that is just ugly and has money seems like a person that is a gold digger.

Well I am glad I am good looking but I don't like my debt, but if I had to be ugly with money then I don't think that would be too fun.
Well there is always plastic surgery but I don't think that would make me happy, I would know it is fake.
Well you made me happy I have debt but I look good. lol

Neither. It's a sad commentary on our society today that looks and money are the most important factors in choosing a significant other.
I'll take character, personality, sense of humor, and similar values.
