So when some overweight fat woman asks me to take her for a ride I tell her "NO" this bike can't handle any passenger, then her feelings gets hurt and she tells her friends I said she's too fat, then everybody is mad at me!
Whats a better excuse i could use without hurting her feelings?

Most likely she already knows she's heavy and is probably self-concious about it as is. If you don't want to hurt her feelings, be truthful and tell her the bike really isn't designed to carry passengers. The "passenger" seat is really for show as its really too small to carry anyone other than a very small child (which obviously you wouldn't want to do).
Or, when people ask me if I ride passengers, I tell them no. Passengers are precious and I don't want to be responsible for something that could happen to them. Of course, this may work for me because I have only been riding about 2 years.

hehe don't have a helmet for you. i don't feel comfortable with passengers on a sport bike. blame yourself not here. such as i am reckless i am inexperienced with passengers etc. this cycle is uncomfortable for passengers. tell her to learn to ride herself it is much more fun and willl help her poor self asteem

Get one of those pillion seat cowlings. That way all you have to do is say you don't have a seat for ANYONE to ride.
You just say to her, "and where are you going to sit", and point at the bike. That should end it without hurting anyone's feelings.
