In Mill's "On Liberty" he suggests that it is through the presentation of opinions, and their subjection to scrutiny which provides us with the credibility to have "a right to think his judgment better than that of any person, or any multitude, who have not gone through a similar process."

As this site seems to be the culmination of that idea, does that imply the superiority of knowledge can be found here?

No, i do not think that it is possible because it is the idea of what IS considered superior knowledge is subjective.
However, the multitude of ideas and opinions offer us alternatives and different ways we can think regarding our question,etc.
I believe that many good and dead philosophers are still in heaven debating over their ideas, arguments,etc.

Since I don't think that here we are all so knowledgeable, I don't think that here is where you find much wisdom, although there is some. Here you might instead find what are the most current opinions and opinion is not wisdom as doxa is not episteme.
