I bought mine about two years ago with 390 L.E , then its price declined later to 350 L.E :((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((
there is another model called Littmann light but i didn't like it , mine is better though it is heavy
There is also Littmann cardiologist with about 1200 L.E.
I know that its Tawkeel is in Abassia.

This a trick to hack your e-mail. You have to contact Yahoo admins who will ask you to send it to them with certain details. If you live in Egypt and you have certain doubts that someone somewhere might be trying to steal your account and e-mail address, you should contact the IC police. don't know, but be careful...
have been ripped off buying from overseas on alibaba.com ... never buy from indonesia...
i tried to buy medical equipment from indonesia and lost the money i sent for samples... probably went to buy AK47s or towards jihad...
be careful... only buy off ebay or something more legitimate
