I've never been one until this year. These 2 teachers just randomly selected me as teachers pet. I don't like it so much. They talk to me in class a lot and use me for examples. It's annoying but I know I can get away with a lot more then the other kids.

No, not really.
Sometimes, the teacher 'liked' me because I knew the stuff, but not really a teacher's pet.
Yes, I accused to being a teacher's pet. Maybe I was...I can't remember. =]

there was a time when i used to be called teachers pet but i dont see how i lived up to this cos i was always on detention or scab duty or in the bloody corner

I was sooooo the teacher's pet in my art class at high school. But I was accused of getting high marks BECAUSE i was the teacher's pet.
