I think you want to write "falafel".

A falafel is a spicy mixture of ground vegetables (as chick-peas or fava beans) formed into balls or patties and then fried.

This article is about the Middle Eastern food. For the film, see Falafel (film).

Falafel ballsFalafel ( Arabic: فلافل falaafil (help·info), also known in Egypt and Sudan as ta'meya (طعمية), is a fried ball or patty made from spiced fava beans and/or chickpeas. It has become a popular form of fast food in the Levant and in the Mashriq (Arab East), where it is also served as a mezze (snack or tapas). The word "falafel" is the plural of the Arabic word فلفل (filfil), meaning pepper.[1]

I spell fallofall f-a-l-l-o-f-a-l-l. How else would it be spelt?

However, I think the word in question is more likely to be felafel.
