A poem titled, "Being Black In The Workplace" was posted on the wall in an office that everyone uses here at my job. There is no other literature on that wall or any other wall in the place. Is this racism?

The color of a man must be taken consideration in a workplace. All men must be treated equally under the law.

If your white forget it there is no Racism against white people
It is the old double standard thing.
The races will never be equal as long as there is a double standard
Like white folks that get greef for use of the N word but no greef is given to people of color for same use.

Make this thing known to your HR department. Off hand, I would say that it is very much illegal and the perpetrator needs to be punished for this thing.
