I slept from midnight to 3:30am and gave up at 4:30, not tired just bored!

this happens to me each and every of the time, take ONE benedrel once you're 12 years or youthful, yet considering the fact that your 13 take 2. :-) it will make you very sleepy. AND in case you have not have been given it then make your room incredibly chilly or get off right here and attempt to sleep! :P

It's 4am here and same reason, can't sleep. I was sleeping fine until I woke up and started thinking about work... I'm in the middle of a job offer "bidding war" and I can't decide what to do. Stay or go!

It's 2:00am on the West Coast. I came home a little while ago...went out to dinner and dance with friends....wanted to see if my boyfriend was around...hi is not...I will go to sleep...Hope you can get some sleep soon too! Good dreams.

Because I work 3rd shift at a high school and the work week doesn't end until Saturday morning and I have everything done.
