nec versa e400 laptop.
im not sure of the spec.dunno how to check.if sumeone cud also add this in their answer i cud add more details after.

so everything was fine until i accidentally cut off the power supply to the laptop(battery doesnt work anymore).
when i put the power supply back on, window started loading forever!
i manually shutdown by pressing the shutdown button for a few seconds.
i started again using safe mode.
it can only start using safe mode.
i tried defragmenting but still wouldnt start windows on normal mode.
help!!
i dont like running on safe mode because now i cant use the sound card.

Did you just defrag or did you also scan the disc for errors? Try a disc cleanup and as a last resort you can do a system restore to before this issue started (just save backups of anything you have added since then before restoring).

You probably fried something inside the laptop...... Call your comp. company they should tell you more about it
