My daughter wore a beautiful yellow dress with little blue embroidered flowers on it and the obligatory sash that ties at the back! All little girls should wear a pretty dress for their 1st birthday!
Its so hard what to choose though because there are so many gorgeous girls clothes!
Advice though, make sure its something thats easily soakable or the chocolate cake stains will never come out, lol!

My daughters first birthday will be in 3 weeks. I bought her a dress from Rare Editions, it's very cute. It has a little cupcake on it and a number 1 on the cupcake. If you want to take a look go to www.sophiasstyle.com. They have other really cute and girly dresses.

I have a son .. but if I ever have a girl .. she'll be wearing a pink frilly dress at her 1 year birthday!
they have such cute baby girl clothes!! take advantage of it!!
