he had planned a vacation with me but in stead he took her that was at the time he suposidly stoped things with them but they still text and hang out with each other because she made a point to make friends with his buddies and thats how they find each other when he goes to the bar

hes good to me and we spend time together but like today he said he was going to be wit jacob but i later seen jake at the max when i said something about him saying he was with jake jake came out with obvious lies like oh yeah we were but i guess he couldnt find me

What did you do?
I have a friend who was going through the same exact thing, and she destroyed his laptop computer, after breaking up with him a half a dozen times within two weeks.
End the relationship, forget closure . . . don't try to have him explain himself, but he is too immature to know why. Which is why he is screwing around on you.
Stop stalking him . . . leave him alone, stop calling him . . . the relationship is over and you are just hurting yourself more every time you f***ing call him.
Stop it and move on . . . I know it hurts . . . go out with your gfs. Have fun, find someone else to be a meantime boy . . . there are better guys out there . . . but use someone temporary and get yourself together. Stop acting like a psycho, or you will really end up in jail.

I dont know why the hell would you go back with your ex who had cheated on you. You shouldnt tolerate such behaviour so many times. I do have the feeling that he reconciles with you just so that you would take the crime for him and take his place in jail. Seriously, i would recommend you to tell the police the truth. It isnt worth to go to jail in someone else place when you hadnt even commit the crime. This guy just want to go back with you so that you can be his black sheep .
