So far he's having a decent season stat wise up till now. I don't think he can lead the Titans to the AFC South title because it will most likely belong to the Colts, if he can remain healthy and lead the Titans to the two wildcard spots than I believe he will be the first one to break the so-called Madden Curse.

It generally occurs to players who are featured on the cover of the EA Madden games. It usually ends up with the player getting injured, like for example that Sean Alexander broke his foot last year when he was on the cover for that year and Donovan McNabb suffered an injury when he too was also on the cover of the game last year.
The only to not get injured and be on the Madden cover was Ray Lewis but that year his defense had no interceptions and had a bad year at that time.

I believe both Vick and George suffered season ending injuries when they were featured on the cover and Culpepper stunk the year he was on.

Ray Lewis had a career year when he appeared in Madden cover.
Yeah, he didn't have any interceptions, which only tell us that QBs were affraid to throw close to him after deflecting 14 passes and intercepting 6 a season ago.
Maybe in 8 years Vince Young will get hurt and people will blame the Madden Curse.

Vince youthful is a terrible QB. whether he does play sixteen video games, i can assure they are going to bypass 6 - 10. He can't final an entire saeson gaining ninety 3 yards of entire offense. Cockyness like which could lead on directly to a carrer - ending harm, the uncommon madden type.

He'll probably have a season ending injury at some point. That's just the way it is with the Madden game.

you forgot about Michael Vick, Eddie George and Daunte Culpepper. " If he remains helathy.....then I believe he will be the first.....), really is that what you believe, what an amazing insight. I don't know if he's going to get hurt or not but I can guarantee you he will not lead the Titans to TWO wildcard spots.

There's no curse. Not EVERYBODY on that list was injured the following year. One or two guys just had really pathetic years, but then again, both of those teams the previous year didn't get much further.

Its still early. We are only going into week 5 so they still have alot to play. The curse could right at the end when they are trying to get into the playoffs and he gets injured late in the fourth. You never know but it would be nice to see him break the "curse."

Two negatives equal a positive. Madden curse x Sophomore jinx = playoff berth ( not wild card) He'll be fine I think.
