Just boot from the CD and follow the instructions. Then when the computer auto reboots and shows the prompt "Press any key to boot from CD" do not press anything so that it will now boot from the hard drive then continue the installation process.

I take it you do not like Vista. Here are the drivers for XP. You may have to go to the Intel site to get your gaphic drivers.
