Shearer with 11 in the Premiership. He also scored a hat-trick on his Southampton debut in the old First Division. Add in European and England hat-tricks for an even bigger total.

Ryan Giggs and Gary Speed have both scored this season, and continue their record of scoring in every premiership season. With Alan Shearer retiring at the end of last season there is no one else that can match this feat now. (Robbie Fowler didn't play in the 1992-93 season)

Surely it's gotta be Alan Shearer?
I'm sure Andy Cole and Robbie Fowler aren't too far behind though

What a great question. I have tried to find the answer for both you and me, Justin but to no avail. I shall keep researching this and will check back here periodically in the hope someone else has the answer!
I'll let you know what I find.

I would have to say Owen, but until last season it would have been Andy Cole.
