Shearer with 11 in the Premiership. He also scored a hat-trick on his Southampton debut in the old First Division. Add in European and England hat-tricks for an even bigger total.

Ryan Giggs and Gary Speed have both scored this season, and continue their record of scoring in every premiership season. With Alan Shearer retiring at the end of last season there is no one else that can match this feat now. (Robbie Fowler didn't play in the 1992-93 season)

great question,dont know the answer unfortunately but if it,s any help robbie fowler holds record for fastest prem h.t. at 4mins 33secs. suspect the profs answer is right.
