Hi! I would like to encourage you to believe these truths about 'failure'::
1. Every person since young will always make a lot of 'mistakes' in toddling, speaking first one language then a second one, writing, learning a variety of physical and mental skills, doing a job or a business.
2. We often need many repetitions and 'failures' esp in a difficult skill or undertaking before we succeed. The more time, effort and passion we put into an undertaking, the easier and faster we succeed.
3. There are certain hobbies, skills or jobs that are not suitable for a person because each of us is born with certain talents. You and close ones may have to discover what is/are your real skills/talents.
4. For every problem, small or huge ---there are always a few solutions. It just takes a little looking or asking around, or researching oneself to find the answers.
So, LonelyGirl there is absolutely nothing to worry or fear such that you become depressed or weak. Look on the bright and positive side of things that Everything Is Possible, provided you diligently believe and do it. Start getting a good note book - call it your Grand Dreams And Projects manual - and begin to write all the clever things you can do, ie your skills, and positive characteristics about yourself. Set out a few goals you like to achieve in the next 12 months. Start actioning at the earliest chance. Include what you desire to achieve in physical and intellectual undertakings. If you are very obese, it's wise to take your weight right now and begin a programme of dieting or exercise, so that you see positive results every 3 months. The aim is to see encouraging results in the small, everyday things you do--whether in studies or work --- so that you WILL be driven with renewed energy and motivation to reach your upper limits, and therefore success.
Wishing you well in overall health, fun in carrying out your daily activities at home, school or work, enjoying interactions with friends or working colleagues, etc, etc.!
May The Force be with you!

Lonelygirl, we all fail sometime too. I fail too and I get lonely too just like everybody else. You may think and feel you're weak, scared, afraid and anxious now. But, all these shall pass too. Yes, it's not easy to forget a failure. But what's there to do? You just have to move on. That's how life goes. You fall and get up again. It doesn't really matter how great your fall is, what really matters is whether or not you stood up once again. If you're down on your knees right now, wouldn't it be the perfect position to pray?

It will make you feel that way only if you let it. Try and live your life for the day. Forget about the past and live in the now. I know that is easy for someone to say that is not in your situation but that is why you are asking for other peoples opinions. Right? Try and be strong and do something for yourself that you would not usually do.

Pick tasks where you can succeed confidently and do many of them. There after, your failure rate on a percentage basis will come down.Keep telling yourself about your success rate and eventually it would get ingrained in your system and and you shall Succeed ,like others.

well, first, know that this happens to everyone.
second, decide what you need to learn formm the experieince. It might be to change the way you approached something, but it could mean that you don't want to behave like other people, and you did the best thing all around--- it just didn't work out the way you hoped.

Just accept them as a lesson to improve ourselves........Failures actually were opportunities....to learn more things in life....to become better person....
Once you accept it....you now changed your perspectives.......and think positive things towards challenges...
Be with people who are optimists..and learn frm them......
