Is there any difference in LPG car's mileage in summers and winter?

I wanted to know that is there any change in density of LPG lying in LPG tank in a car ?

because there is a difference in air density with the associated temperature change, yes. you will also find out that the pressure in that tank will change (drop) in colder conditions.
