First you need to determine your skin tone - either warm or cool. It's sounds like you have a warm skin tone but here's how to check:
Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.
Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.
To make your brown eyes pop, try a dark navy eyeliner tight against the upper lash line only w/ black mascara. Deep eggplant eyeliner would look luxurious for fall. Dark green might work too for a fashion forward look.
For evening, add a touch of dark navy mascara to the tips to make the whites of your eyes look white.
Taupe & shimmery champagnes are pretty neutrals. Plum & gray eye shadows would be excellent for fall and winter.

try brown eyeliner and deep purple or green eyeshadow. Use the darker shades on your actual eyelid, and then blend a lighter shade of brown shimmer above that and close to your eyebrow. Nuetral tones like green purple and gold will make your brown eyes pop.

you should try darker shades of brown many brands have different shades of golden brown eyeliner n chocolate brown lip stick n mild face glitters in bronze color i am absolutely confident it will work.

you could do anything! purple, green, pink, red, silver, orange...just not a ton of blue. and it depends how crazy you want to go
