You are never going to pass your exam by asking on here. Believe me, these are the worse electrical answers any where in the world. Get a copy of the NEC and learn to use it.

none of the above. it won't weaken the structure, using an equipment ground is good electrical practice, and it surely is not an elec. hazard. Rigid needs to be made up tight, and hopefully coated with something when buried underground...

Actually the RMC would have to be grounded (bonded to be correct). All metal parts, equipment, cases, conduit, etc... is required to be bonded per NEC.

As for your second question... look it up yourself. I'm not doing your homework for you. It's in the nec and ugly's.
