I mean, zebra are almost like horse, it is just that horses don't have stripes like zebra does. So why can't it be that zebra may also race like horses do??^_^

No way. Zebras are way to aggressive and ill tempered.

Horses are domesticated and breed to race. and work, and do all that good stuff. Zebras are wild animals, so it wouldn't be a good idea too try and race one. Also depends on what kind of racing your talking about? Do you just mean a horse and a zebra racing each other in the wild or do you mean with a rider on there back?

Holy someone watched a little bit too much of racing stripes. Lol jk. If someone got the guts to train the wild thing they would probley run short ditances but I dont think anyone would actually race them beacuse they have a shorter stride than race horses so they probley wouldent win a hole lot.

They're shorter bodied than horses, built more like ponies. Ponies don't race, neither do burros or mules, all short bodied equines.

Sure they can run for short distances, but the only ones used for racing are horses.
